Crystal Deberry, LSW

Hi, my name is Crystal, and I graduated with a BA in Sociology from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and obtained my Masters in Social Work from Governors State University. I have over fifteen years of experience in behavioral health. My experience in providing case management, stabilizing individuals in crisis, mentoring, and counseling services for adults, adolescents, and underserved youth in foster care. My superpower is the ability to quickly establish rapport with patients, foster families, and youth in order to maintain or achieve any mental health tasks.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Dreanna Curry, LMHCA, LPC

Hi, my name is Dreanna, and I am a multistate-licensed mental health provider. I am currently a Clinical PsyD student with an emphasis in neuropsychology. I’m extremely passionate about educational and mental health care equity, and my work is dedicated to expanding access to psychological assessments in communities of color and under-resourced areas. I have experience working with clients across the lifespan—children, adolescents, and older adults—addressing issues such as substance abuse, trauma, adjustment challenges, behavioral problems, and grief and loss. I view therapy as a collaborative journey, and I’m here to help you gain insight, build resilience, and create meaningful change in your life.

Johndalyn "Jae" Armstrong (She/Her)

Hi, my name is Jae, and I am a mental health coach and healer dedicated to guiding others toward growth, healing, and personal fulfillment. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and am currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Saybrook University.

My passion lies in creating safe, inclusive spaces where clients can explore their experiences, develop resilience, and embrace meaningful change. I have had the privilege of working with diverse communities around the world—co-facilitating group therapy sessions in Johannesburg, South Africa, and Buenos Aires, Argentina—and serving as a community development consultant for Gift of the Givers NGO in Johannesburg.

Grounded in psychoanalysis, humanistic existentialism, and the humanities, my approach blends deep empathy with evidence-informed practices. I am committed to advocating for marginalized populations and believe in living and loving unapologetically, while helping others find their own paths to empowerment and well-being.

Hi, my name is Olivia, and I am a dual master's degree holder in Mental Health Counseling and Sport & Human Performance. I bring a unique combination of clinical training and applied sport psychology expertise. Additionally, I am passionate about interdisciplinary collaboration and have worked closely with coaches, sports medicine teams, and high-performance professionals to support the holistic development of athletes. I excel at providing brief and long-term therapy, crisis intervention, and educational programming tailored to the unique pressures student-athletes face.

Hi, my name is Shairee, and I am a multistate licensed mental health provider and behavioral health/integrative care consultant. I am extremely passionate about educational, mental health, and health care equity. My work is dedicated to the expansion of integrative and collaborative programs in communities of color and under-resourced areas.

 I have experience working with many behavioral, emotional, and mental disorders. My clinical skill set includes cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), crisis management, mental health assessment, intelligence quotient (IQ) testing, and anger management.

Letter-writing services are also provided.

Hi, my name is Kameeshia and I am a seasoned Industrial and Organizational Psychologist with over 15 years of experience. Currently, I am a consultant in various industries, including management consulting, healthcare, utilities, and adult education. I am extremely passionate about helping others to always be the best versions of themselves through life coaching and career counseling.

As a coach, I will provide the necessary building blocks to promote effective self-care for better overall well-being.

Cheryl Lackey

Hi, my name is Cheryl, and I have a background in healthcare administration and medical billing. I oversee the daily operations of our practice to ensure compliance with government regulations while providing administrative support to our clinicians.

I possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. I am an expert at eliminating claim backlogs, identifying and collaborating across functions to resolve escalated billing issues, and ensuring that all matters are followed through to resolution. I effectively apply insurance guidelines to guarantee the accuracy of billing and maintain the confidentiality of patient files.

I also coordinate and schedule appointments for our staff, manage their calendars, calls, and correspondence. Creating and maintaining a healthy and welcoming environment is essential for a successful practice!
